Here are things about me:
I’m a self-confessed introvert. I find myself feeling at peace when surrounded with books, art materials, and my family.
I love singing too.
This is me as Cosette.
And this is me as Susan in the play, Tick! Tick! Boom!

I love acting and often perform theatrical acts at home to entertain my kids. The only time I performed on an actual stage in front of a sizable audience was in 2011 during our stage camp. I hope to have another opportunity to perform (maybe they’ll consider an Asian Elphaba for the next production of Wicked).
I love creating with my hands. When I have extra time in my hands, I paint using watercolors, gouache, pastels, and now I am discovering oil medium as well. I also sometimes conduct free art and science classes for homeschooling kids, you will find our classes in our family’s YouTube channel.
Science has always been my favorite subject, which led me to pursue a degree in Geology in college. Although not a geologist, I greatly admire Albert Einstein and have a deep passion for Physics, my second love. This is one of the reasons why I pursued a graduate study where I applied Physics concepts in my Geology problem. I successfully defended my thesis and is currently waiting for my paper to get published in an international peer-reviewed journal.
I created this blog because I express myself better through writing. I also write a lot in my journals using my favorite fountain pen which I discovered last year, 2023, during a private museum tour at UP NIGS UPGAA Geology Museum where I worked briefly. If you meet me in person and I seem aloof, I apologize in advance—it’s just my eyebrows and resting “sad” face. Share a few jokes and your life story with me, and you’ll find a good listener. We might even become friends for life!
Below is a photo of my two young gentlemen whom I love unconditionally. My boys keep me inspired to keep going no matter how tough it gets.

Welcome to my blog!
Cheers,

I discovered this site because I was looking up Vinta inks! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I’m off to buy some ink now 🙂
